When are orders due by?

Meal selections are due each week by Thursday at 7 pm.

When are the meals made?

Cooking days are Saturdays and Sundays.

When is the delivery day?

Meals are delivered on Mondays each week. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. If delivery days are changed for weather, etc you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you cook in a commercial kitchen?

Yes! It is a legal requirement to cook any premade food that requires refrigeration to be cooked in a commercial kitchen.

Where is your commercial kitchen?

It is located in Southlake, Texas.

What if I am not home during the day?

We can still make deliveries to home addresses as long as coolers with ice packs are set out for us to drop the meals. If we cannot make the delivery, you will be notified and you will have to make arrangements to obtain the meals.

How long do you meals last?

Our meals are made from fresh ingredients and last up to 7 days under refrigeration.

Can you freeze the meals?

Yes, meals can be frozen for up to 30 days; however, some meals may freeze better than others.

Can I try some of the meals before committing to the subscription?

Yes, please email our customer service team to assist you.

How often do you rotate your menu?

We rotate meals weekly and each week we offer a variety of protein sources.

Do you ship meals?

We currently do not ship meals. We have in the past, and will bring that as an option in the near future. Make sure to follow our social media platforms for all major business updates.

What cities can you deliver to?

We can deliver within a 20 mile radius of 75069 (Fairview, Texas) and within a 20 mile radius of 76247 (Northlake, TX) and most cities between these. If you are in an outlier area, please email us as we are looking to expand our customer reach.

Do you have any pickup locations?

Yes, currently meals can be picked up directly from the kitchen or in Northlake. We are working on expanding our reach. If you are a business and are looking to be a pickup location, please email our team.

Do you do custom meals?

We currently do not offer fully customizable meals or meal plans. We have offered this in the past, and are working to bring this option back! Make sure to follow our social media platforms for all major business updates.

I would like to make healthy lifestyle changes. Do you offer nutrition coaching?

Yes! We offer nutrition coaching with a registered dietitian to help you set realistic goals and a plan moving forward.

Do you offer meal plans?

Yes! We offer meal plans to help you stay on track when you aren’t eating a Mach 1 Foods meal.

What is your cancellation policy?

We need a 2 weeks notice to cancel your subscription. If you are not able to order meals during this cancellation window, you will not get refunded for any meals not ordered. You will have a credit on your account that will expire in 1 year.

Will I get refunded for meals that I do not pickup?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for meals that are not picked up. Please arrange other methods for pickup if you are unable to.
